Safe Space · Feel Safe Hub
Safe Space (Siguran Prostor) is a non-profit whose platform, Feel Safe Hub, connects people with licensed psychotherapists offering free online sessions. As a volunteer, I worked with the therapists to define the platform, then built and launched the website.

User needs
People come to the platform looking for help, often at a difficult time. I worked with the therapists on the content hierarchy and user journeys, keeping the steps short and the language clear. Features that added unnecessary friction were left out of scope.
What I did
My work covered the platform structure, responsive website and visual identity. I defined the logo, colour palette and tone of voice, and carried the site through development and launch.
