Group travel workflows
Group tours still run on PDF itineraries, spreadsheets and messaging groups. Every change means a new file, and travellers end up with different versions of the same trip.
Shared itineraries
For group tours, the aim is for the agency to maintain one itinerary that travellers can open through a shared link or QR code. Changes would appear in the same place, without the agency having to resend files.
My part
I lead agency interviews, define the MVP scope and work on product development, including the Spring Boot and PostgreSQL backend. I focus the MVP on core travel workflows and leave less essential features for later.
